Feeling stuck doesn't have to be permanent, it's a place to start.
You might not know exactly where you’re headed right now, and that’s okay. Together, we’ll untangle what’s keeping you in place, map out your next steps, and start building momentum.
With a trauma-informed, neuroscience-led approach and a balance of compassion and honest challenge, I’ll help you move forward with clarity, confidence, and the energy to keep going.
You don’t have to navigate this next chapter alone.
What do I do?
Using psychology and neuroscience as my compass, I work with people to figure out exactly where they are, what’s getting in the way, and how to move forward with confidence. It doesn’t have to feel like an uphill slog, you can have more clarity, joy, and momentum than you might believe right now. Sometimes you just need a guide who can walk alongside you.
With a diploma in Personal Performance Coaching, a certificate in Trauma-Informed Coaching, and DISC accreditation, I bring a mix of insight, practical tools, and a knack for asking the right questions. Together, we’ll uncover what makes you tick, explore fresh possibilities, and choose steps that feel right for you so you can create a life you actually want to show up for.

Who am I?
I’m Sophie – coach, dog mum to Hiccup, Dartmoor adventurer, wild swimmer, and occasional professional nap-taker. I spent over a decade as an equine vet, thriving on problem-solving, high-pressure situations, and being there for people through their best and worst days. But after a spectacular burnout and a chronic health diagnosis, I had to completely re-evaluate what I wanted life to look like.
That turning point led me to coaching – a space where clarity, self-belief, and taking action can transform how people feel and live. These days, I work with those who feel lost, stuck, or at a crossroads, helping them find their direction and the confidence to take the next step. My approach is compassionate but never sugar-coated, blending warmth with the kind of challenge that helps you get out of your own way.
Whether you’re navigating a major life shift or just want to feel more energised and fulfilled, we’ll work together to map a path that feels right for you, so you can move forward with purpose, confidence, and a little more joy.
What makes me unique?
Lived experience
I’ve faced some pretty big challenges in my life: mental and physical health issues, stressful and unsupportive work environments, grief, relationship and family issues. You don’t need to worry about explaining yourself with me, I get it.
Trauma Informed
Doing a certificate in trauma-informed coaching is one of the most valuable things I’ve ever done for both myself and my clients. My understanding of trauma helps me create a safe space for you to learn and grow.
Neuroscience based strategies
I’ve done a lot of further training and learning to make sure the tools I can give you have evidence behind them. So often we try to push ourselves in a way that works against our brain, I can help you learn to work with your brain so it doesn’t feel like a fight all the time.
